Well hello there, my name is Jip Ploeg and a graphic designer (and in the learning). This year will be my third year of education on the Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht. I am very exited for this year and interesting in what more I am going to learn.
I am a very cheerful and enthusiastic person, always fully going for the things and idea’s I have. And would love to share my ideas with the world! If a situation requiers it, I am flexible and adapt quick.

RELIABILITY
If I have agree on something with someone I always keep myself to it. And if it’s a little hard to do I always look for a solution to keep my promise to the costumer.
FLEXIBILITY
When a change takes place I change my ways of working. I search for a solution and try to finish the project as good as possible with the changes that have to be made.
SCHEDULE
I personally work a lot with schedules. I always stick to the schedule that I made with the client and try to finish everything on time.
COMMUNICATION
Telling people about my idea’s is one of the maning other thing I can do. I always try my hardest to explain people what I want so there are no miss communications.
RESULT ORIENTATION
My goals is always to deliver a beautiful project. That why I always think a step ahead so I can make sure I make something the costumer is happy with.
DECISIVENESS
When a decision has to be made I always try to make them. And if we can’t come to a decision I try to look for a solution so we can make a decision. Because without you will not come far.
